Book the job, raise the quote and keep the architect's drawings, documents and notes on the job page, so nobody is hunting through WhatsApp for the latest plan.
Stage payment plans
Deposit, walls up, roof on, completion. Doreen drafts the stage plan from the quote and you check it. When a stage is done, say “invoice the next stage”.
Crew clock-in
Log the whole crew onto their jobs in one go each morning, and see the week at a glance: worked, off sick or on holiday. Every day of labour lands on the right job.
Receipts per job
Snap the receipt, pick the job. Supplier, items and cost land on that job, so you know what it really cost.
Electrical and gas certificates
Electrical installation certificates and landlord gas safety records, filled in on the phone and checked on the PC.
Supervisors and managers
Managers see the job costs they need to run the job. Quote prices, invoices, payments in and profit stay with the owner. Crew see no money at all.
Private jobs
Mark a job private and only the owners see it: not in the lists, the calendar or Doreen's answers for anyone else.
